Racism is mostly based on appearance mainly skin color, but also embraces other attributes such as walk, food preferences, religion, clothing, music preferences, hair styles, environmental choice, country of origin and more. Racism is an acquired through learning (social conditioning) prejudice (pre-judgement) based solely in Fear. With two exceptions – the FEAR of falling and the FEAR of loud noise (both are self preservation protections all humans are born with) – ALL Fears are learned.
Discrimination is applied Racism. Discrimination uses Segregation as a method to deprive Citizens of their Constitutional Rights and protection thereof. While Racism is a Fear based thought process protected by the 1st Amendment therefore cannot be legislated out of existence, Discrimination – especially using Segregation as a labeling / categorizing tool – WAS legislated out of existence but remains unenforced and even unknowingly empowered. The main obstacle to legislation enforcement is terminology confusion. Discrimination is imbued throughout American Culture especially unrecognized – even clandestine – and institutionalized in job application forms or for that matter, all informational gathering forms OF ALL METHODS everyone fills out daily, be it health care, doctor appointments, social media platforms, insurance etc. Additionally, when any form asks you to indicate your race by color such as “white or black,” this is discrimination and violates the Constitution, your Constitutional and Civil Rights specifically the 14th Amendment ratified in 1868 and the 1964 Civil Rights Act. When political and media agitators say people or person “of color” they mean any skin color except “white” = this is the very definition of Discrimination. Dr. Martin Luther King was murdered for standing up to end DISCRIMINATION not Racism! Examples of what Dr. King died for to end are “whites only” drinking fountains, restaurants, accommodations, entrances, schools, jobs etc. Those responsible for these policies remain the same slavery founding and enforcing to this day (switched now from color of skin bondage slavery, to economic bondage of all) political party of hatred of all Americans / Our Country, divisive and destructive violence, party of “Jim Crow Laws,” founding party of the Ku Klux Klan – KKK,” yes – same party who also murdered RFK and 2 attempted murders of PRESIDENT TRUMP!
